noisy room toilet brush
the breakfast food was acceptable.
i found the room pretty noisy because of sounds from above. i think those noises came from drainage pipes, irritating. there was also water leaking from the shower, and i was really surprised that there wasn't a toilet brush in the bathroom. i didn't think i would miss a simple thing so much.

loved every bit of it!
spacious room breakfast selection excellent pool area friendly staff
The room was spacious and clean, i really enjoyed that. the breakfast buffet offered an excellent selection. I tried everything! the pool area was also excellent. I spent a lot of time there using the sun loungers, it was amazing. the staff was super friendly and helpful.
i found that the bar was not always open, a bit inconvenient at times.

ineffective air conditioning basic breakfast
the room seemed a little tired. the air conditioning struggled to keep the space cool, it wasn't very effective. breakfast felt quite basic, nothing special really. i expected a bit more variety for the price i paid.

helpful staff clean layout warm room limited air conditioning
the staff was very helpful, especially at check-in. the room was clean and the layout was nice. It didn't feel too BIG and everything was accessible.
the room felt very warm. the air conditioning seemed to be set to heating. I was told there was nothing they could DO about it.

Wonderful Getaway!
pool area massage service really good service
The pool area provided a good experience, offering ample space for relaxation and recreation. I enjoyed the convenience of poolside massage services. The night manager demonstrated really good service when he opened the restaurant at 3 a.m. to provide coffee before my early flight.
The location requires a walk to the center, this can be a bit uncomfortable on hot days, however taxis are easily accessible.
